By using Mixwell, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mixwell. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mixwell.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. The Service

Mixwell lets you generate cooking recipes using AI based on ingredients you provide, upload photos for ingredient recognition, generate recipe images, and save and share recipes.

5. Your Content

You own the recipes, photos, and content you create. By using our service, you grant us a license to store and display your content as needed to provide the service. AI-generated content belongs to you.

6. Important Disclaimers

No Medical Advice: Mixwell does not provide medical or dietary advice. Consult a healthcare professional before making dietary changes.

No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated recipes may contain errors, inaccurate measurements, or incorrect nutritional information. Always verify recipes before cooking, especially regarding allergies and food safety.

Service Availability: We strive for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not use Mixwell for illegal activities, uploading harmful content, attempting to hack the service, creating multiple accounts to bypass limits, or automated data collection.

Violations may result in account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mixwell is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including health issues from following AI-generated recipes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime from settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
